The Basics of What You Need to Know
Set in 240 acres of beautiful tree lined grounds of Stockley Park Golf Course.
Few miles from Uxbridge & Heathrow Airport. (This corporate event venue is perfection personified).
A 80 room hotel (next door). Hosting Corporate events from 100 to 700 guests.
Separate Entrance/Drinks Reception Area. Amazing outdoor covered & heated patio area (overlooking the amazing Golf Club grounds!). Private car park area.
The grounds are simply beautiful and here is the best bit…. every corporate event has exclusive use of the Stockley Marquee and adjoining areas (It really is the perfect corporate event venue!).
Access on the Day
- Suppliers from 7am for morning events
- Suppliers from 4pm for evening events
- Delegates are granted access at your agreed opening time
- Latest end time is midnight (unless agreed in advance)

Conference Venue
We have accommodated numerous conferences from 100 to 700 delegates and offer a wide range of flexible spaces.
Venue Management Solutions come with years of experience, regularly planning, catering and delivering exceptional conferences, they will facilitate and ensure you are in good hands from start to finish. Their permanent onsite production lighting packages run the entire 30m length of the main structure making any conference a memorable one.
Meetings
We offer something a little different from your normal meeting room hire. We have smaller areas overlooking the fantastic Golf Club, these areas accommodate intimate, high end meetings that require a quiet place for 30 to 90 delegates to host their productive meeting or smaller private events.
Venue Management Solutions are on hand to assist with any audio visual and/or catering requirements.
Award Shows
Having hosted many high-profile events, the venue is well equipped for high-end awards ceremonies with red carpets, press areas, accommodating celebrity guests and live broadcasting. Over looking the golf course and with great transport links this is the ideal award venue.

Exhibitions & Fashion Shows
Hosting up to 1000 people, this venue has the space, flexibility and location no matter how small or large your event is. With a non-pillared 600 square meters of black canvas, 30m in length, 20m in width and a 5m pitched roof, along with a great location and ample parking your event will no doubt secure the highest attendance. This really is the ideal Exhibition venue.
